Ivy Lane Primary at Young Voices

On Wednesday 7th January, Year 5 from Ivy Lane Primary went to Birmingham for Young Voices. They were part of a 6,000 strong choir made up of children from different Primary Schools around the UK. During the day, the children rehearsed together the songs and dances they have been practising in school. This was all in preparation for the performance in the evening to around 5,000 adults who made the trip. The day was extremely memorable for the children and despite the tiredness, after arriving home around midnight, all of the children were keen to share their memories of the event the next day in school! Well done Year 5s on a truly memorable experience!
